| Description: | Jolly Hotels was incorporated in 1949 under the name of the "Compagnia Italiana Alberghi Turistici" (The Italian Tourist Hotel Company), by Gaetano Marzotto and its purpose was that of building and running hotels in the main touristic and commercial cities in Italy.
The Company's strategic objectives have been established in its improvement in the quality of service, the attention paid to the quality/price ratio, constant research conducted into Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. In order to concentrate the efforts of the entire structure into achieving the goals foreseen, Jolly Hotels has drawn up and declared its own "Mission and Values", establishing the rules, commitments and expectations of the Employee, the Team and the Company respectively. |
