| Description: | PLUNA was founded on November 20th 1936 when two young Uruguayan brothers, Jorge and Alberto Marquez Vaeza, made their first flight connecting Montevideo to the cities of Salto and Paysandu in northwest Uruguay.
Presently, the frequency of flights has increased to more than 100 per week, utilizing a fleet of Boeing 737-200 Advanced and 767-200
Pluna's destinations are: Asunción, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Montevideo, Porto Alegre, Punta del Este, Río de Janeiro, San Paulo, and Santiago de Chile. |
