Omni Hotels Select Guest
The loyalty program of Omni Hotels, revamped in 2009, is Omni Select Guest. The levels of membership include the basic Gold Membership, an upgraded Platinum Membership and the ultimate Black Membership. The gold level is for those who stay up to five nights per year. The platinum level is for those who stay six to nineteen nights. Black level is restricted to those who stay more than twenty nights per year.
All members are eligible for special rates and promotions. These change frequently and can include car rental discounts, special rates at select hotels, and bed and breakfast packages. Members can choose apply their awards to free nights or to a frequent flyer program. A free night is earned after staying 10 nights or 500 frequently flyer miles are awarded for each night stay that qualifies.
When staying at an Omni hotel a free Wi-Fi connection, morning beverage, clothes pressing, shoe shines, newspaper delivery, bottles of water and turn down service are offered at all levels of membership. Other convenient benefits include express check-out, eco-friendly housekeeping, and customized room preferences. Black and platinum members are guaranteed that a room will be available for a platinum member calls 24 hours in advance and a black level member that calls by 4 pm on the same day. |
