Stena Line eXtra
The Stena Line eXtra program is the loyalty program for the Stena Line International Transport and Travel Service Company, which provides ferry service on 18 routes through Scandinavia, the Irish Sea, and the North Sea. The eXtra loyalty program allows members to take advantage of special discounts, earn points, and redeem points for awards.
The Stena Line eXtra program has two tiers of membership. The basic tier is the standard membership. Members earn points at this tier at the rate of 1 point per Euro/GBP. The basic tier is the Blue level. It allows for a lifetime membership and exclusive bonus awards. Points are available to redeem as soon as they are earned. Blue members redeem points for discounts at the rate of 5 pence to 10 pence per point redeemed.
Blue members are instantly upgraded to the Gold tier after they earn more than 1000 points. Gold members enjoy free access to the Stena Plus lounge, and can bring along a guest. Gold members also have no service fee for booking trips by telephone. In addition, Gold members redeem points for deeper discounts than Blue members. Discounts are at the rate of 10 pence to 15 pence per point redeemed. Gold membership is valid for one year so long as 1000 points or more are earned during that year.
All points are valid for two years. Stena Line partners with Harwich Rail. Members can earn points and redeem points for Harwich Rail travel. |
