Hilton HHonors
The Hilton HHonors rewards program provides points redeemable towards stays, amenities and other prizes that the Hilton hotel chain awards. The program was started to provide a loyalty incentive to members who stayed at Hilton hotels. There are four levels within the program: Blue, Silver VIP, Gold VIP, Diamond VIP. A member qualifies for each level based upon base points, stays or nights within a calendar year. Members receive silver VIP after 10 nights or 4 stays. Gold VIP status is reached after 16 stays, 36 nights or 60,000 base points. Diamond VIP membership is reached after 28 stays, 60 nights or 100,000 points.
The Hilton HHonors rewards program is the only hotel rewards program to allow members to receive frequent flier miles as well as hotel points for the same stay (Double Dipping). There are also no blackout dates on stay under the Hilton HHonors program. Members who wish to book a room may do so with their points as long as a room is available. Awards can be redeemed at as low as 30,000 points for a one night stay at some properties. Some awards go up to 900,000 points for a Safari excursion trip to Africa with one guest.
Hilton HHonors prides their program with having one of the most diverse rewards options possible. Hilton HHonors also has an American Express card that can be used to receive points towards rewards. |
