TAM Fidelidade
TAM Fidelidade is the frequent flyer program offered by TAM Airlines, which is Brazil's largest airline. The TAM Fidelidade program allows members to accumulate mileage points through the use of the TAM Fidelidade Frequent Flyer Program Card. The card is presented when reservations are made or when the passenger checks in at the terminal. Mileage points can also be acquired by using the TAM credit card and through the purchase of products and services offered by TAM partner businesses.
The TAM Fidelidade Frequent Flyer Program offers three different cards: the White Card, the Blue Card, and the Red Card. Free tickets and upgrades are available at all card categories and the redemption points required are based on seat class, destination, and travel season. The White Card is the basic card to enter the program and it issued once the balance reaches 3,000 points. The Blue Card is issued when the point total reaches 12,000 points within a 12-month period. The benefits of a Blue Card include higher baggage allowance, and 25% more points than the White Card. The Red Card is reached at 48,000 points and entitles members to 50% more points than the White Card, an extra 20kg of baggage, and access to the VIP Room for the traveler and one additional person. The TAM Fidelidade Frequent Flyer Program Card can also be used with numerous partner airlines that include Lufthansa, Air Canada, United, and Continental. |
