TAP Victoria
Originally founded in 1999 and known as Qualiflyer FFP (which was actually an alliance with Swiss Airlines), TAP Victoria underwent many improvements and began operating under its current name in March of 2005. Today, TAP Victoria is a world-class loyalty program of TAP Portugal, providing frequent-flyer advantages to its members.
TAP Victoria offers three membership levels: Miles Winner, Silver Winner, and Gold Winner. Any traveler over the age of two can apply for membership as a Miles Winner. Those who accumulate 30,000 status miles in one member year attain Silver Winner status; those who accumulate 70,000 status miles in one member year attain Gold Winner prestige. At all membership levels, travelers experience superior service and are eligible to receive free tickets, discounts, and class upgrades. In addition, Silver Winners are awarded bonus miles; a birthday ticket; dedicated line and counter service; priority check-in, waiting lists, baggage delivery, seat assignment and protection; free allowance for excess luggage; use of TAP Lounges, telephone and fax, and airport fast track services. Gold Winners additionally receive premium customer center access, emergency assistance, parking and valet services, STAR Alliance benefits, and privileges with automobile rental companies, hotels, and resorts.
TAP Victoria miles or points are awarded through air travel, Royal Caribbean Cruises, VisaTeam, hotel stays, car rentals, financial services, shopping, petrol purchases, magazine subscriptions, telecom and SMS services, and various leisure experiences. |
