CSA OK Plus
Czech Airlines, based out of Prague, operates in 41 countries and serves around 70 locations. Not only does CSA operate within most European cities, the airline also offers service to Asia, North Africa and the Middle East. Topped out at just over 5.5 million in traveling customers; Czech Airline’s Okay Plus loyalty program is well practiced in customer satisfaction.
According to CSA, loyalty plan administrators choose mileage plan rewards carefully in order to keep members flying and earning. Beyond mile for mile awards, CSA OK Plus gives miles when travelers fly with any airline that is a member of SkyTeam Alliance, as well as with CSA’s other travel partners. After earning enough points CSA members are able to change miles into what is called bonus tickets. Bonus tickets are usable on over a dozen international airlines which are combinable for a number of flights to nearly anywhere in the world, or simply cashed in at the ticket counter for a single flight.
There are three levels of membership in the CSA OK Plus Loyalty Program. Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each membership offers more perks as the membership level rises. Standard rewards that members can redeem include: upgrade to business class, additional baggage allowance, hotel stays, admittance to the Crystal Lounge, or cars for hire. And of course, the higher level a member reaches, the more points he will earn. |
