Air Jamaica Seventh Heaven
Frequent travellers between points in the United States, Jamaica and other parts of the Caribbean can take advantage of the Air Jamaica Seventh Heaven Rewards Program. The program works by allowing you to earn reward miles each time you fly on Air Jamaica, use a sponsored credit card or enjoy the services of one of their partners.
Sign up for a 7th Heaven Rewards Mastercard and you will earn 5,000 miles the first time you use it. Then, you can accumulate 2 miles for every mile flown on Air Jamaica. You also earn 1 mile per dollar spent every time you use your Mastercard. The card has no annual fee and if you choose to make an initial balance transfer to the card, you can receive up to 10,000 miles. Enrollment earns you a one time 500 mile credit and if you choose to fly business class, you will receive a 100% bonus (twice the regular miles).
Virgin Air is a partner with Air Jamaica. You will receive 1 mile for each actual mile flown on Virgin. Rent any size car at Hertz and you will be credited with 50 miles for each day you have the car rental.
Redeeming your Reward miles is easy. Starting at 15,000 miles you can fly between Florida, Jamaica and the Western Caribbean. It takes more miles from other points like NY and Chicago. Finally, you can upgrade your seating with airline miles and also purchase additional miles to qualify for a reward. |
