Air Lingus Gold Circle Club
The Air Lingus Gold Circle Club is a frequent flyer program of the Aer Lingus Airlines, Ireland’s oldest airline. The loyalty program allows members to earn frequent flyer points that can be spent on Aer Lingus flights and other airlines that are program partners. Member can earn miles from flights on Aer Lingus, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, United Airlines, and Quantas. Members can also earn points via car rentals with Hertz Rentals.
The Gold Circle Club has three tiers: Gold Circle, Gold Circle Prestige, and Gold Circle Elite. The Gold Circle membership, which require at least 2400 points (earned in 12 months), provides benefits that include free flights, upgrades on Aer Lingus flights, lounge access, and priority baggage for overseas flights. The Prestige level, which requires 4800 points, includes all the features of the Gold Circle plus non-airline partner redemptions and lounge access for partner flights. The Elite level requires a minimum of 8400 points and includes all of the features of the other two levels plus four complimentary upgrades, dedicated booking line, one free return flight for partner, and guaranteed flight booking.
The Air Lingus Gold Circle Club points can be redeemed for flights going to more than 600 worldwide destinations via Aer Lingus and their partner airlines. The points can be applied for free flights and upgrades on scheduled flights and are good for up to three years.
