Taj InnerCircle
The loyalty program of the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces is the Taj InnerCircle Program. Most of the properties of this hotel chain are in India. But there are over a dozen international hotels in the US, Dubai, London, Australia, South Africa, Maldives, and other worldwide destinations where guests can earn points toward free stays.
The Taj InnerCircle has three levels of member ship; Blue, Silver and Gold. The basic Blue membership is open to anyone over 18 years old. Members earn points through hotel stays, meals, and services at the hotels and their participating restaurants. Points can also be earned when items are purchased at the boutiques in select hotels in India.
Members can redeem the points for rooms, meals and merchandise. Additionally, points can be exchanged for gift certificates for salons, spas, boutiques and merchandise from the Taj Hotels properties.
Members at all levels get express check-in and check-out and special member-only offers. Silver level member get additional discounts of 10% to 30% on accommodations and hotel services. In addition, fruit and flowers will be in the room, and the member will be given free access to the health club during their stay. In addition to these privileges gold level members enjoy a discount on Taj Air plane charters, a welcome drink and daily newspapers. |
